- 20 Person Hot Tub
- 20 Person Steam Room
- Lazy River (Therapeutic and low impact strength training)

AUGUST 2026 POOL SCHEDULE
AQUATICS CENTRE CLOSED FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AUGUST 31 - SEPTEMBER 16.
September 17 opening at 2:00PM subject to water testing approvals.
The Barrhead Regional Aquatic Centre is closing for its annual maintenance shutdown from August 31 to September 16, 2026. Each year the pool is fully drained to complete repairs and maintenance that are only possible when the pool is empty. This works ensures the facility remains safe and in good condition for years to come. There is no public access to the pool and associated amenities (lazy river, hot tub, sauna) during the closure. We are targeting a reopening of September 17, pending the results of water quality testing once the pool is refilled. Confirmation of reopening date will be communicated as soon as testing results are in.
