The official list of candidates for the 2025 Municipal Election in the Town of Barrhead will be finalized at 12 pm (noon) on September 23, 2025. Those seekign public office formally declare their intentions to run by filing their nomination papers by Nomination Day (September 22, 2025). Candidates are running for the offices of Mayor and Councilor.
